Registrant must be a Singapore citizen or Permanent Resident at or above
twenty-one (21) years old.

Singapore work permit holders, employment pass holders and foreigners are not
eligible for PER.SG domain name registration.
|
| 3. |
Registrant below the age of twenty-one (21) may apply for PER.SG domain name
registration with consent from applicant's parent guardian if parents are not
available.

| 4. |
In the event the application mentioned in point 3 is approved,
the domain name and the rights of the use of the domain name must be transferred to
the child, once he or she attains the age of 21. No transfer under any other
circumstances is allowed.

| 5. |
There shall be no commercial activities or information
displayed on a .per.sg domain name website.
|
| 6. |
Registration for PER.SG domain name which resemble Singapore Identity Card
number format in the form of "SnnnnnnnA" (the character S followed by an alphabet
and seven digits) or "SAnnnnnnn" (the character S followed an alphabet and seven
digits) will NOT be approved. Example of such domain names are: s1234567x.per.sg
and sx1234567.per.sg. Similarly, if the IC number in the 21st century begin with
the alphabet T, then domain names like t1234567x.per.sg and tx1234567.per.sg will
NOT be approved.

All common surnames and special requests from the Government of reserved by
SGNIC for further use. This list of reserved domain name is available for viewing at
http://www.nic.net.sg/persgreserved.html

Registrations with obscene, swear words or such word included as part of the
PER.SG domain names will NOT be approved.
|
| 9. |
There is no limit to he number of PER.SG domain name an eligible person can
register. Each domain name Registration must comply with SGNIC's Domain Name
registration policy.

| 10. |
When applying for a .per.sg domain name, the registrant
represents to registrar and warrants that the domain name applied for does not
have any commercial purpose which includes but not limited to the following:
|
| |
a) Soliciting for advertisers and
sponsors;
|
| |
b) Displaying a sponsorship banner of
any kind, including those that are generated by banner or link exchange services
|
| |
c) Displaying banners for services that
provide cash or cash-equivalent prizes to users in exchange for hyperlinks to their
websites;
|
| |
d) Providing a hyper-link to a commercial
site, unless the registrant receives no individual payment or consideration by
providing that link; or
|
| |
e) Conducting online promotions and sales
of any goods or services to members of the public; (Freelancers cannot apply for
.per.sg domain name)
When in doubt if the use or the intended use of the .per.sg domain name constitutes
any commercial purpose, the registrar may verify with SGNIC before accepting the
application.

When applying for any category of the .sg domain name, the
registrant represents to the registrar and warrants that:
|
| |
a) the domain name applied for is for
his own use or, in the case of per.sg for a child of under 21 years for whom he has
applied on behalf for;
|
| |
b) it will not allow another party to
use the domain name, whether for profit or otherwise; and
|
| |
c) the registration and/or use of the
domain name does not infringe with the legal rights of any party in Singapore.
